Tell Me The News
I was driving home one day, listening to the album “To Stop From Falling Off The Earth” by Australian Musician “Wave Racer”. When the track “Tell Me The News” came on, I thought the chorus would make for an excellent short music video that could loopback seamlessly. A few weeks later, I started working on the video. I created sketches and storyboards to plan it all out, then got to work creating the backgrounds, animations, and motion graphics. I hadn’t done proper animation before this project, so I had to learn to use Clip Studio Paint’s built-in feature.
The final video got Wave Racer’s seal of approval, which was pretty cool to see.
